Shallow-fry the breaded chicken breast in a little oil for 6-8 minutes.
Slice the burger buns in half and toast them for 2 minutes.
Spread the bottom bun with the chopped tomatoes.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, the hot chicken breast, then the slices of IQF Provolone.
Garnish with strips of mushroom and some lamb’s lettuce.
Season and serve immediately.
