Chicken and Provolone burger

  • 8 slices of IQF Provolone
  • 4 sesame-seed burger buns
  • 4 breaded chicken breasts, ~80-100g each
  • 8 tbsp of chopped tomatoes
  • 140 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 200 g of fried mushrooms
  • 40 g of lamb’s lettuce


Shallow-fry the breaded chicken breast in a little oil for 6-8 minutes.
Slice the burger buns in half and toast them for 2 minutes.
Spread the bottom bun with the chopped tomatoes.
Add the halved cherry tomatoes, the hot chicken breast, then the slices of IQF Provolone.
Garnish with strips of mushroom and some lamb’s lettuce.
Season and serve immediately.
