Veggie burger

  • 8 slices of IQF Ste Maure de Touraine
  • 4 burger buns
  • Salad
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 pickles
  • Mayonnaise or ketchup


Slice the burger buns in half and spread them with ketchup or mayonnaise.
Slice the tomatoes, cut the pickles into strips, and chop the onions.
Place the IQF Ste Maure de Touraine, tomatoes, onion, pickles and salad on the bottom bun in layers.
Heat in the oven for 2 minutes to melt the goats’ cheese.
