Cucumber and goat cheese smoothie

4 servings 10 minutes


  • 200 g of IQF Goat Cheese Cubes
  • 100 g of fromage blanc
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 small bunch of fresh mint
  • ½ bunch of basil
  • Salt and pepper


Peel the cucumbers and cut them into pieces. Juice the lemon.
Wash the basil and remove the leaves. Do the same with the mint.
Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a blender or a food processor.
Add the IQF Goat Cheese cubes and fromage blanc, then blend to a smooth consistency.
