Red kuri squash soup

Ingredients

  • 80 g of Cow's milk Cheese Cubes
  • 800 g of red kuri squash
  • 50 g of butter
  • 20 cl of cream
  • Salt and freshly-ground pepper

Preparation

Peel, wash and cut the red kuri squash.
Cook it on low heat and cover.
Add 50 cl of water, salt and pepper.
Cook it for 20 mins.
Add the cream and the IQF Cow’s cheese cubes and blend to a smooth consistency.
