Winter style bruschetta

  • 300 g of IQF Raclette slices
  • 4 slices of crusty bread
  • 16 slices of pancetta
  • 100 g of pickles
  • 100 g of salad
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Salt and ground pepper


Rub the slices of bread with the garlic.
Cut the pickles and radishes into slices.
Arrange the Raclette slices, pickle slices and pancetta on each slice of bread.
Place under the grill until golden.
Top the slices of bread with the salad and the radish slices.
