Capra pizza

  • 24 slices of IQF Goat Cheese
  • 200 g Maestrella Mozzarella Diced
  • 1 ball pizza dough
  • 200 g Grand Fermage crème fraîche
  • 12 slices of cured ham
  • 4 tsp chopped parsley
  • 100 g of rocket
  • Liquid honey
  • Freshly-ground pepper


Roll out the dough.
Spread the crème fraîche over the base, then sprinkle on the Mozzarella Diced.
Distribute the IQF Goat Cheese slices and slices of ham over the base.
Add a drizzle of liquid honey.
Add a screw of pepper and bake for approximately 2 minutes, until the dough is golden-brown and crisp.
