Flammenkueche with raclette

  • 200 g of IQF Raclette slices
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 30 g of chopped onions
  • 15 g of smoked bacon
  • 10 cl of cream


Spread the dough thinly.
Sprrad the chopped onions and the smoked bacon.
Spread the cream and the IQF Raclette slices.
Bake for approximately 2 minutes, until the dough is golden and crispy.
