Oriental pizza

  • 50 g of IQF Mozzarella balls
  • 50 g of Maestrella Mozzarella diced
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 100 g of Kebab meat
  • 30 g of Grand Fermage crème fraîche
  • 50 g of red onions
  • 50 g of green and yellow pepper


Dice the onions and peppers.
Roll out the dough.
Add the Grand Fermage crème fraîche.
Distribute the Mozzarella Maestrella Diced, meat, onions and peppers over the base, leaving only a 1cm border.
Finish with the IQF Mozzarella balls Bake for approximately 2 minutes, until the dough is golden and crispy.
