Pizza al provolone

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 6 IQF Provolone slices
  • 200 g of tomatoe sauce
  • 1/2 courgette
  • 1/2 eggplant
  • 1/2 yellow peppers
  • black olives
  • pepper


Roll out the dough.
Spread the tomato sauce over the base.
Distribute the slices of zucchini, of eggplant and yellow peppers over the base.
Add the slices of IQF Provolone.
Distribute the black olives.
Bake for approximately 2 minutes, until the dough is golden-brown and crisp.
