Seafood pizza

  • 1 roll of pizza dough
  • 3 slices of IQF Goat's cheese
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 50 g of prawns
  • 50 g of mussels
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 3 gambas
  • 120 g of mozzarella 40% Fat shredded


Preheat the oven at 200°C.
Prepare the tomato sauce :
Peel, seed and cut into cubes the tomatoes.
Cook the tomatoes in a pan with olive oil and onions.
Add the minced garlic and the herbs, salt.
Spread the dough with a thin layer of tomato sauce.
Add the shredded mozzarella and walnuts.
Put 3 slices of IQF ripened goat cheese.
Put the seafoods on the pizza.
