Autumnal beetroot salad

  • 200 g of IQF Blue Cheese Cubes
  • 2 beetroots
  • 80 g of raisins
  • Chopped chives
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and freshly-ground pepper


Dice the beetroots.
Add the raisins and the IQF Blue Cheese cubes.
Divide between 4 plates.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with chives.
