Deseed and dice the tomato.
Do the same with the cucumber.
Put the lemon juice in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Put in the oil in a thin stream, whisking vigorously at the same time.
In a salad bowl, mix the couscous, the Goat Cheese cubes, the diced vegetables, the herbs and the raisins.
Put the sauce over the tabbouleh and gently mix.
Serve cold.
