Salad with endives and blue cheese

4 servings 20 minutes


  • 160 g of IQF Blue Cheese Cubes
  • 200 g of chopped endive
  • 60g of dried apricots, chopped
  • 40 g of yellow onions
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches of ground mixed peppercorns
  • 2 tbsp of wholegrain mustard
  • Chives


Chop the endive and the dried apricots.
Mix and add the chopped onions.
Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt and ground mixed peppercorns.
Then add the diced apples, chopped chives and the Blue Cheese cubes.
Mix everything together, prepare and distribute between 4 bowls.
