3 cheese panini

  • 12 slices of IQF Mozzarella
  • 6 slices of IQF Camembert
  • 12 slices of IQF Goat Cheese
  • 4 panini breads
  • 2 tomatoes
  • Olive oil
  • Oregano
  • Pepper
  • Herbes de Provence


Cut the tomatoes into slices.
Season with olive oil and herbs.
Fill the panini, starting with the Camembert slices, then the tomato slices.
Finish with the Goat Cheese and the Mozzarella.
Cook for a few minutes, either in a panini press or under the grill.
