For the guacamole:
Chop the fresh onion and the coriander leaves.
Mash the avocado, then add the onion, coriander and the juice of a lime.
Cube the tomatoes and cucumber.
Deep-fry the IQF Breaded cheeses sticks for 2 mins.
Spread the guacamole over the tortilla, then distribute the salad leaves, tomato and cucumber on top.
Drain the Finger Food cheeses and arrange them on the wraps.
Put the fillings over a generous half of each tortilla, leaving a 2cm border.
Fold the tortilla in half.
Roll the tortilla up tightly.
Finish rolling the tortilla, ensuring that you keep holding it tightly.
Cut the wrap in two.
