Goat cheese sandwich

  • 12 slices of IQF Goat Cheese
  • 8 slices multigrain sandwich bread
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 4 slices cured ham
  • 5 radishes
  • Salad
  • Chives


Slice the yellow pepper into fine strips.
Distribute the salad leaves, radishes, peppers and ham over half the slices of bread. Add the IQF slices of goat cheese.
Add the chives.
Cover with the other half.
Cut diagonally.
Stack the two halves together.
Serve cold.
