Our cow’s milk cheese Raclette slices

Hard cheese made using pasteurised cow's milk, the Raclette are matured 8 weeks minimum.

Storage

  • Keep frozen at -18° C
  • This product may be used without prior defrosting
  • If you wish to defrost the product before use, it is recommended to remove it from its tray, place on a dish, in a refrigerator (between +2° C and + 6° C) for approximately 12 hours
  • Can be stored 4 days in the refrigerator (between +2° C and + 6° C)
  • Do not re-freeze a defrosted product

Uses

Ideal for the iconic 'French recipe', the Raclette slices are also perfect for tarts, pizzas, salads and winter sarters.
