A smooth blue cheese with sightly firm texture and a familiar blue tang.

Storage

Keep frozen at 18° C. This product may be used without prior defrosting. If you wish to defrost the product before use, it is recommended to remove it from its tray, place on a dish, in a refrigerator (between +2° C and + 6° C) for approximately 12 hours. Can be stored 4 days in the refrigerator (between +2° C and + 6° C) . Do not re-freeze a defrosted product.
