Storage

  • Keep frozen at -18° C
  • This product may be used without prior defrosting
  • If you wish to defrost the product before use, it is recommended to remove it from its tray, place on a dish, in a refrigerator (between +2° C and + 6° C) for approximately 12 hours
  • Can be stored 4 days in the refrigerator (between +2° C and + 6° C)
  • Do not re-freeze a defrosted product

Made of 100% mozzarella, our mozzarella balls are ideal added cold to many salads, for a little touch of mozzarella flavour, but also for fresh and tasty recipe ideas, presented on a cocktail stick, in glasses...
