Lightly toast the burger buns in the toaster or the oven for 5 minutes.
Spread the bottom bun with the spreadable goat cheese and cover with chopped tomatoes.
Season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
Put down alternating layers of cucumber strips and smoked duck slices.
Then add the slices of Goats’ Cheese with Honey, a few salad shoots, and sprinkle with pine nuts before closing the bun.
