In a saucepan of salted boiling water, cook the broccoli and peas (al dente).
Roll out the dough.
Spread on the tomato sauce and top with the broccoli, artichoke hearts, onions and peas.
Cut the peppers into strips and distribute over the pizza.
Add the Mozzarella Diced and then the IQF Mozzarella Slices.
Bake for approximately 2 minutes, until the dough is golden-brown and crisp.
Serve with a salad and balsamic dressing.
