Goats’ cheese and spinach tart

  • 12 slices of IQF Goat Cheese
  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 200 g of chopped spinach
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 cl of crème fraîche
  • Coriander
  • Salt and freshly-ground pepper


Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line the tart dish with the shortcrust pastry.
In a salad bowl, mix the eggs, crème fraîche, chopped spinach and coriander.
Season with salt and pepper.
Pour the mixture into the pastry shell.
Arrange the Goat Cheese slices over the top.
Bake for about 35 minutes.
